Take me to the moon15 de July de 2019
Can you imagine having a Waze for all the streets and cities on the moon? NASA has already imagined it and is trying to do so. Ok, we may be exaggerating a little. The truth real is that the agency is trying to create a GPS system that works in the lunar territory. As it is not possible to put more satellites around Earth’s satellite, what they are doing is to create a special receptor – the NavCube. Basically, it is able to capture more distant information using the same devices capturing Earth’s images. “The GPS around the Moon is the next frontier,” said one of the persons responsible for the project. Not bad for people who are trying to create a garden that grows in space. At Morse, we are anxiously waiting for the day when technology will be able to change the Brazilian expression “in the Moon’s world”.
